April 10. Good Friday. Our Lord is tried before Pilate, and then dies on the Cross for the redemption of the world.
April 11. Easter Saturday. Our Lord lies in the tomb, awaiting the hour of His Resurrection.
April 12. The Feast of the Resurrection. Commonly known as Easter Sunday. He is risen, the Lord is risen indeed. The Great Fifty Days begin.
April 25. The Feast of St Mark the Evangelist.
May 1. The Feast of St Philip and James, Apostles.
May 11. The Feast of St Barnabas the Apostle.
May 21. Ascension Day. Our Lord ascends into Heaven
May 31. The Day of Pentecost. Also known as Whitsunday. The Holy Spirit descends on the disciples. The Lord has sent us a comforter.
June 1. The Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
June 7. Trinity Sunday. The Trinity season begins and lasts until the beginning of Advent.
